Mohican Christkindlmarkt in Loudonville, OH
My hometown was throwing its first Christkindlmarkt. A What? Yeah, a lot of locals were confused but educated themselves on this German Christmas Market.
Knowing the promoters of this event, a short conversation ensued, and I was on my way to photographic the opening night.
Cold. Very, very cold. But the crowd showed up, and my gear did not freeze.
I kept the feel of the atmosphere by not using a flash, and relying on the lo light that was available. I hope this small gallery gives a little tastes of what they offered.
