It was about to get real. Sitting in the pit waiting for Five Finger Death Punch to perform. This was the biggest rock band I have covered to this point and they did not disappoint. The lighting and effects were simply unbelievable. I even got some interaction with Zoltan when he leaned towards me and held up “the horns”.
I scored over 150 publishable images from this set, way more than actually hit the article. A huge yield due to the fact of great lighting and new gear. Super pleased with my set, and this actually confirmed the need for a 24-70 lens, which I ordered the following week.
By the way, if you get a chance to catch 5FDP in concert… do not hesitate.
